Apparement il semble que Spectrasonics ait conclu un accord de licence avec Mercedes pour qu'ils utilisent ce sample comme "logo sonore . ( source = un post sur les forums de nothernsounds de Eric Persing )

first of all, you guys are correct that this would consitute a breach of the standard SOV license agreement, since the sample is being used by itself and not in a musical context.
However, in this case we are very proud to report that we worked directly with Mercedes on this special deal, since they wanted to license that particular raw sample of the boy singing from our well-known Spectrasonics Symphony of Voices library as their exclusive new corporate sound logo.
BTW, everything was above board here. They were fully aware that it was already available in this sample library for a long time and had been used many times in famous scores and would likely be used in other music by our users as well, but the Mercedes people liked it so much that they wanted it for their corporate audio logo.
So it was a completely legitimate transaction with a special license we arranged for Mercedes to use that particular raw audio sample as their exclusive corporate audio logo. Spectrasonics often arranges special licenses for applications of our samples that are not covered by our standard EULA on a case-by-case basis.
